1. Promotions are regimented. You become eligible to be promoted every 3 years. This makes the wrong kind of crowd mop around for years without making any positive impact to the organization or to younger juniors. 2. People hardly get fired. The redundant ones are moved around from department to department and eventually get promoted after every 3 year stint to rise to higher positions.

Dislikes

- High job security at LOW salary and appraisals - Office politics and toxic work culture HDFC securities offers the worst of both worlds i.e low salary of a private job + bad office culture of a government job

Overall company is good. There are lots of thing to learn. No workload no pressure. Life balance & time balance

Dislikes

Always disappointed employees when it comes to promotion. Specially on yearly bonus time. They always deducted the 80% amount From bonus

Did not deduct salary in lock down i.e. Only good things

Dislikes

Not allowed to offer Namaz, too burdon of work, non supportive branch and staff, too much pressure by manager Vishal S, no parking available, too small canteen, systems are not proper

There is nothing to like as such. You can go for Brand name. Salary and benefits are good for higher level employees

Dislikes

Manager Jr employees being treated There is no skip level meetings Work culture is worst. Team leaders don't allow jr employees for bio or lunch breaks if they have not completed their targets

With hdfc group goodwill it is very easy to connect with client for offering

Low salary, not motivation, corporate politics, favoritism, only vision of immediate boss is taken to make view on employees...
