Hello team m Rishabh Rastogi from HDFC LIFE Bijnor Branch, there is a lot of pressure here for work and HDFC Life is a very good brand but there are no facilities for the employees in the office.

Here the calculation is less Here the salary is very high as compared to low and the facilities are also very less, the promotions target is very high and there are many parameters.

You get salary on time.

Late night sitting unnecessarily, Rude and rough language usage by bosses inspite of men or women, Depreciation, Don't follow code of conduct,Don't respect staffs ,only business and results, lack of co-operation and team work, Insist for hard drinks ,Bad behaviour, don't get leave if you don't perform, bias nature.

The way they make fool our of you. JD and actual work are really different. Popular statement "I am a really considerate manager".

Dislikes

Usual work day is for about 12 hrs On document Saturday is a non working day but you will be forced to work with out pay. Overtime is a myth Promotion depends upon L1's will. Variable pay is only for MT's and chief manager & above Huge gap in pay at same band.

Already they are top in insurance sector so people know about this company that's good part.

...se that's why they are doing insurance these are the facts they take advantage In small salary package thier expectation is more than crore For a freshers Or 2 years experience not good place to work You have to travel every single day like a horse (on your money) Many more people don't share because they sacred if they share they can't get job because these people leaves and they go to another company so it's like round like earth anyone can meet anywhere In 100 people only will success 2

Big brand. People know the brand very well

Less salary compare to psu. Even clerk of psu bank get more than a manager grade of hdfc. Bonus and incentives at junior grade not that good. Only boss and team managers will get good salary here . No travel claims are given.
