Usual work day is for about 12 hrs On document Saturday is a non working day but you will be forced to work with out pay. Overtime is a myth Promotion depends upon L1's will. Variable pay is only for MT's and chief manager & above Huge gap in pay at same band.

HDFC Life primarily exploits its employees by imposing excessive work pressure and making unnecessary salary deductions. Nothing great to vouch for, strong in processes only for front line people. HDFC. Salary will br creditrd on time just like other big corporates

No work life balance and respect, tremendous pressure.. Should do work like robot. For managers rules will be bent, for front line employees they will be very rigid with rules. Double standards

Everyone has engaged to pressuries us to do insurance 9. There is no truth about this. 10. Work life balance worst Customer telling us to withdraw policy but Manager telling us to not to do that.
