Work balance is there but no life. Extended hours of working even when you are not supposed to stay. Hr just a pacifier rather than problem solving or solution provided If you are single it will be a best place because you have no time to concentrate on the family

Pay, salary benefits, appraisals, bonus, transfer to nearest residence even after serving for more than 15 years. No proper response from Supervisor, mentors nad his superiors including HR regarding pay and other seniors.

We are compensated for every product we brought in to the bank.Very excellent incentive bonus and commendable increment as to the position we occupy in the bank.Promotion to the next cadre according to your performance very strictly.

We are tensed on several occasions due to non performance on several occasions.The attitude of seniors is very bad.

I like everything except not paying correct salary to the person who is responsible and complete their works even no good ratings

... still not given good rating as they informed me tht they will give good rating.and salary hike but only 1200 increased in my salary nowadays we are not getting anything with 1200 I hope management should understand about the situation of all

There is nothing good which can you consider a good or atleast infact an average thing that you have working with HDFC bank. If you will make a big Blinder infact the senior don't know how to deal with it, while I am talking about the top most senior in hierarchy, they only give a warning ⚠️ only.

...ecause it only gives you a name of a brand which seems fundamentally irrational. Poor salary. The appraisal can be count within a count of fingers. A person can be take a growth here if you don't want to learn things anymore and if you love to repeat the things in a robotic manner.
