It's just you will get salary but if you will work hard there are no leaves job threatening they give you and you work more than 10 hours still they say you do nothing no career growth.

Targets are high but they give you 3x of it which is not necessary no leaves no promotion no grade promotion no incentive incentive is just on paper not in your account and you can't speak loud about manager otherwise you will be terminated i have resigned they have still not given my earned money.

Lot of things Pls remove sales part from HDB it's credit oriented group where only making fun on the basis of sales performance throw hold files without knowing facts in this group sales person are fool only credit is good If credit is good then why set higher target for sales team

People are very rude .they will torture you until you left the company and manager are very unethical they don't know how to talk to their employees.
