I am working as a relationship manager for HDFC Bank under HDB payroll. Only good thing is every month we get salary on time.

TM behaviour is very poor. And training is not done properly. That's why we are not clear about everything. And working time is 09:00 am to 06:30 pm

...llander house is very bad. Sales Managers have no Manner to talk with employees. Salary issue is also there in this organisation.

One thing is good about the company that the salary is always on time with no deductions.

The work environment is pathetic. They only want numbers at any cost. There is fixed time of coming in morning but no time of leaving. There is no job security , they can tell you anytime to leave. Bosses are so rude here , they only yell on their juniors and scold them. Even on gazetted holidays , they call us for work and gives us equal pressure. It feels like we are doing bandua majduri here.
