Good Place to work for beginners and so much learning for the once who is in initial stage on job...

Salary is not good as per company standards.. Work culture is poor for some departments as other departments too much dependent on same.. Work Life Balance is very poor as holidays can turn to working days and need to stretch at work..

Appraisal is the subject of buttering. No job training. No justification time given when you did any kind of mistake. Carreer growth dipends on what your boss willing to do.. no work recognition.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training isnot given to new joiners.
