No promotion, no transparency with incentive, salary too low not acceptable only rs. 8000/- no support in office work ,they ask only work without support, target also too high , if you do not achieve you can't receive rs. 1 also of incentive part. You can join here only if you are not getting jon anywhere.seniour and branch staff also can abuse you , you have to be listen that also. I have proof.

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.

Lot of things Pls remove sales part from HDB it's credit oriented group where only making fun on the basis of sales performance throw hold files without knowing facts in this group sales person are fool only credit is good If credit is good then why set higher target for sales team
