Good work environment and culture. This the heavy pendamic situations of covid 19 managment and organisation supporting there staff.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our problems.salary is too less but incentives are decent. The career growth is too slow.The oraganisation also cant give first ipo option of shares to there employee.

...issues.no career growth at all. In the Jon training is not given to new joinees.if you doesn't reach to assign target then you will not get your whole salary there is deduction of salary. In this corona period they force There employees to cross sell other products ,and the target given by managements are non achievable.
