i work in the experience for 2-3 year's but the salary was very low in the period of time..... In case i work in some other company they gave me expected salary....

HDB give us a opportunity to job and give us avarage salary pakage to make our life style good. And also Insentive structure is very good.

Dislikes

Their are lots of things I dislike of this company. They hold salary if you didn't achive your target. After 6 months your salary cutoff upto RS. 1000 which one is terrible. The work culture and pressure also not acceptable. And lots of things are very poor of this company.

Working in a hdb financial services is good for freshers who wanted to start carrier. There is a good work culture, especially beginners they will learn how to sustain under pressure.

Dislikes

There are few things I'm not at all satisfied. First one is salary it's not up to the company standards. Next thing is promotions,it's not going to be conduct transparent. Management has to focus on this because who are completed their 2 and half year experience they are not getting resignation easily and not conducting interviews for next level promotions. Management has to focus on this issue it's my humble request.

Salary is less against the work field of the employee and proper all profits available in this company at a stage, eg the ESIC deduction is continuously from my salary but till now I can't take benifits and also I not received my ESIC card till Now. Same is fron approx all employees. So please provide our ESIC card as soon as possible. And please transparent mention our all Productivity and deduction from salary, PLP etc in a specific platform of the Company. Thanks

Its good for a fresher to get an experience...but not long term because salary is to poor only get credited on time....

Low paid salary for ground level employee.. Some supervisor (ony boy) are very disappointing they are very bad behaviour..... is not good for long term stay unless you have very good...
