There Caller should wait 5 to 6 yrs to get the promotion.salary package is very poor compared with market price.for TLs will never get promotion even work for a decades .4 Managers work there they think they are the center of the universe don't allow TLS to stand up for their decision. Worst management follows only the managers words.worst office politics.manager insult the TLs for they tell their point of view openly .managers need all there TLs to be puppet for them. totally useless company.

Job secured for a standard term with lesser business. Overall maximum loans disbursement after login with minimum documentation and -cibil also.

No Work life balance, poor salary, bad behaviors from managers each and every time,groupism.No thankful behavior for hardwork.

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.

Everything 1 Salary structure 2 Leave not giving which is considered as Leave on system but if they mail " Tomorrow is normal working day " u must come to branch, Shame thing to work with them.
