Everything 1 Salary structure 2 Leave not giving which is considered as Leave on system but if they mail " Tomorrow is normal working day " u must come to branch, Shame thing to work with them.

...rity, everything is better. HDB ought to be in your list of places to work with. While salary and appraisal is at par with most counterparts, it can still be increased.

Dislikes

None as of yet. Although less paperwork and moving towards a paperless, AI driven organisation will surely benifit company in long run. In addition to this, advanced softwares that are used in other NBFCs, if incorporated, would make HDB the first choice of employees.

i work in the experience for 2-3 year's but the salary was very low in the period of time..... In case i work in some other company they gave me expected salary....

Support from team leaders is good and I m place to have a leader like anshul sir Prashant sir and abhinav sir.

Salary is not good according to work no bonus receive since last one year and sales team is not working properly

Working in a hdb financial services is good for freshers who wanted to start carrier. There is a good work culture, especially beginners they will learn how to sustain under pressure.

Dislikes

There are few things I'm not at all satisfied. First one is salary it's not up to the company standards. Next thing is promotions,it's not going to be conduct transparent. Management has to focus on this because who are completed their 2 and half year experience they are not getting resignation easily and not conducting interviews for next level promotions. Management has to focus on this issue it's my humble request.
