...don't care about employees just want them to be in office in all the situation.. don't provide facilities on Sunday and holiday no comb of pay out but expecting to employees come all the time on govt holidays also

...k very nicely to others . But somethings made so terrible for employee survival. And one good thing they gave good salary which is according to hardworkof the employee work .Shishir sir ,jitender verma sir ,janhit sir and one person also who was hotel manager before this job forget his name and one was very senior sir of mine a turban old senior man was superb .

Managers like there was one deputy manager forget his name his behavior was so bad with employees specially for girls and his behaviors is nice with the pretty girls and satish sharma who was the team leader but don't know how to lead the team.some managers spoke very badly which disappoint the employee too much

Salary on time, working pressure is average, work - life balance is average.

No co-operate from any seniors. Do self each and every thing. Sales and collection. Target pressure is 100 % but support is 0%. Work starting time is 8.00am ending time not fixed.

Lot of things Pls remove sales part from HDB it's credit oriented group where only making fun on the basis of sales performance throw hold files without knowing facts in this group sales person are fool only credit is good If credit is good then why set higher target for sales team
