They install nippon activity which records our screen and activities and then it calculates work hours. It should meet minimum 8.5hrs per day. Even if you go for washroom, you are considered as not working.

... their profits and employee count and wont bother about employees after joining. Only 1 or 2 employees out of 20 will be paid 100 percent variable pay. Rest they pay 55 to 75 percent. Always eat our money and increase their profits. And shows their back to us.

...ivities, not even they provide sweet during the festivals. No yearly increament. They deduct the salary in the name of variable pay. They give pennies for any appreciation from the client.

...re negligible. Performance is not rewarded so doesn't matter if you work or not. They converted a portion of salary promised to be paid at 100% payouts to variable which is unscrupulous and fraudulent to say the least.

But there will be growth.. Company policy is worst..They are hiring fresher from campus with double salary but not provide salary increment to existing employees...and demand work status from old employees.

Team mates are pretty much friendly here as all have one problem in common(No salary hike and no explanation for that). People echo with each other’s problem, so, relation with coworkers are not that bad. All come under the same umbrella.

Dislikes

No salary hike despite of good rating in appraisal. For an example, scoring a 4 out of 10 & scoring a 9.5 out of 10 doesn’t make any difference when the management says that your performance is excellent like exceed expectation but we are not sure why there is no increment. Manager says talk to the HR, HR says talk to the customer lead and with the higher management and then all empathises with you but no result. The last person left to discuss regarding this was the CEO. That’s a crime. You can even think of attempting that. Weekend work, specially work on National holidays like 15th August. When you question this they say India got freedom in 1947, what will you do now? Go and work. On your birthday they will say that you are old enough not to celebrate your birthday. Go and work. That’s all and many more. Now you decide.
