Bad Culture....Top level enjoying like government No Job security - 4 weeks in bench ,then slient layoff Montly variable pay - Engagement performance bonus ,though u got above 8 rating most of the times deduction above 50% Annual variable pay- for sure they won't give Instead of giving 1000 crores as charity ,better hcl need to consider their hard work employees pain ....2023 paper released on 2025 January...that too for 2% and no change for most of the employees ....which shows where hcl is going.... Wondering why all IT companies not taking care their employees but focusing only the top levels like ceo,delivery managers...salary increasing in crores every year Never ever recommend to anyone

... is nobody knows employee story. They won't even give you full performance pay. Last year my pf bonus was cut domn due to more members in the team, I was so pissed but could not able to do anything.

1. Don’t expect more pay in HCL and also if you are someone who expects for early hike then this is not the right place for you. 2. You will be take it for granted always from the management. 3. Job security is also average.

Salary split up and tax exception pay split ups are good. If projects are good then your career will be good. Culture is Reliable

Dislikes

Variable pay will come yearly only. Even that they will give 1 or 2 quater delayed. If HCL is outsourcing you to client location then you are HCL will not have any connection. Manager will not know your skills. It's like you will be working in contract. Appraisal cycle and hikes are very worse
