Work Culture here is good. People are friendly and suppportive, leaving few exceptions. Working hours are flexible. Hybrid working system is employee friendly.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits and promotion is far below the market rates. They give equal percentage to everyone irrespective of their work. Work recognition is not up to the mark. Permanent work from office may start soon.

On the name of appraisal they give 1-2% hike in salary Promotions on the basis of preference not on the basis of performance Asked for transfer denied the request and asked to resign Asked for early release, somehow they issue termination letter

...ed team and you are from north, you will experience favouritism and biasness. Other con is Less compensation, less growth

Hcl is blessed compny blessed its employees with no layoffs or salary cut but work pressure was sooo much that shift hours extended upto 4 to 5 hours daily . I will be grateful if HCL can help me to move in different department as currently m facing several issues .i have no one to disccus m all alone nobody listens up here due to which i have raised EMS too m in troubl HCL please help me move in different department I beg you please because I dont want to leave this beautiful organization which is dream of many people!!

...listened scorecard are provided & appraisal is very bad i have been here from 2.5 year no hike in income as working in a biggest MNC my salary is only 11000 per month.my appraisal is ruined by the manager

Very nice Organization once upon a time but not anymore

Internal politics and favouritism. Long timers are not being paid well salary are very below market but still no step from management to correct them.
