I had a genuine reason and still they kept on forcing me to serve.. now I have received an email to pay them money for not serving.. even though they owe me as well for the time I served (3 weeks). I guess, in sometime they'll even send a legal notice. There is an article circulating around about HCL ethics and harassing their employees (search on google)

Terrible working hours (10 hr shift), poor management (most of them).

Good to Grow with multiple Skilsets by having training sessions.

...life balance, Client work needs to be delivered even after out of working hours. No transparency about salary or any other benefits which an employee is eligible. No promotions No hikes Yearly variable gets paid in the 15th month of annual cycle completion.

1. Salary & appraisal: They will not increase the salary for more than 2.8-3 years. Fake promises to increase salaries and hike. No extra money for OT also. And also they are deducting variable pays every months without any reason (there is court case against HCL for that, you can read article on internet also). 2. Work life balance: In one word disgusting. We are working from morning 9 to late nights 9:30 average daily even one Saturday and Sundays. 3. Company culture: Fake promises and fake hike news they spread, and even after 2.8 years they are not releasing hike letters. 4. Work satisfaction: No matter how hard you work they will not happy and they will give more work to you. Senior managements are going home after 3:30 / 4:00pm but normal employees have to work till nights. 5. Overall: DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

Learning is really good, they even push you to do certifications. Work life balance for me is good and the projects are all good enough to learn something new.

... is nobody knows employee story. They won't even give you full performance pay. Last year my pf bonus was cut domn due to more members in the team, I was so pissed but could not able to do anything.

Salary hike was not prompt year on year they hold the hike for 3 months, which means 4 years with hike and one year without hike in 5 yrs of your tenure. No one is bothered about it. Managers will not call for appraisal discussion.
