The only thing good about this company is Job Security, rest everything is terrible.

...on the Higher management when they are interested in giving you the appraisal. The salary structure is insane, in the name of insurance they first add 50-60k in your CTC and also deduct 1500-2000 Rs when you add a dependent. I would not suggest anyone to join HCL. It simple a Higher Management Centric company and nothing else. Or if you're good in buttering you'll get good appraisals and promotion. Higher Management people do nothing and just want to go to abroad and people working under them are nothing to them.

>>Good for E4 and above bands >>If you are workaholic then it's a best company ever for you as you have to work 9:30 hours in less salary. >>Good rating system, as many of the employee get the 8 point which will reduce your salary and deducting EPB amounts. >>No night allowance >>If you want stable life, then it's a best company again because they will give you less hike. So you will be became stable in financially >>Good performance in premises >>Best for retirement, if you start from 1 so in last you will stand on 1 >>Best in appraisal, they will release letter after 1 year. i.e. 1.5 yr or 2 years >>

That time is also captured >>No learning at all >>Poor management >>If you made any mistake in learning phase then you will send a explanation email to your manager. >>Hike will be 3% to 4% >>Slow laptops >>Very rude HRs >>If in short, this company will grow but you didn't.

First of all thanks for giving opportunity in hcltech. After I joined got only salary didn't get any benefits. There was no hikes.

Dislikes

Working culture. Initially it was good, but later on it was became worst. Now it was too bad. They internally transferring resources without any intimation too experienced resources.
