Is the market for support agents dead right now... Have been trying to get a callback related to remote desktop support positions as well as incident management process. Any suggestion or help would be appreciated 👍 Update- I have started getting calls now, just 8 days left .. hopeful I wouldn't be empty handed.

Likes

Interview was good, interviewers didn't tried to exhibit their expertise. Convincingly good hike during joining.

Dislikes

HR Team is not good. Forced me to join immediately but no quick joining bonus. Usually people use personal phone number for official communication rather than internal communication tools.

Honestly if you are working at client location HCL does not interact with its employees. The reporting managers treat you as a Check box ☑️ activitiy for your time sheet and performance.

Employees performance bonus deduction from monthly salary I have been working in Billable projects since i joined, not even 1hr from my joining i didnt left as unbilled. But still i have huge deduction in name of EPB. Thats too bad

Dislikes

... performance and they didn't appreciate it. They didn't give appraisal and hike. Even compensation Letter they didn't release. Hybrid not available,shift allowance not available. Detect epb from your payment scale.

Appraisal process is very bad. There is no standardisation of salary as per band, someone is getting 8 lacs on a position and another one is getting 18 lacs on the same position. Trainings are available, but managers ask to do work during the training, so can’t get proper knowledge.
