Nothing at all to like about the company.

...had an option to give a rating of 0. Everyday it haunts me for joining this org. From salary appraisal/promotion to work environment and company policies -its a complete package of the worst company title to be awarded. Please do not join as you will be trapped after joining and may even start questioning your own ability to star looking outside. No learning no growth and above all their moto of employees first is actually the other way round -Employees Last. Trust me I still work here so i genuinely am writing this review so others don't fall for it. Hope I save lives...

There working culture and environment is very good and systematic.

...crements percentage and there is no month decide for increment letter releasing. Salary package very low not good .

...ry low increment delay almost 1 year, No opportunity for growth after promotion. They always try to cut salary in terms of cost cutting as per variable policy and quarterly rating criteria 😅 Paid Cab facility 3 month notice period

Dislikes

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.
