First of all thanks for giving opportunity in hcltech. After I joined got only salary didn't get any benefits. There was no hikes.

Dislikes

Working culture. Initially it was good, but later on it was became worst. Now it was too bad. They internally transferring resources without any intimation too experienced resources.

Nothing as such.. Just they provide peanuts salary on time and have lucrative infrastructure.

Dislikes

Bare minimum salary hikes. No promotion. Office politics too much. No job security, once you are in bench or rollout from project, your job will be in danger. Work life balance is pathetic... If you are working in support project they can call you anytime despite your shift gets over.

So you will be became stable in financially >>Good performance in premises >>Best for retirement, if you start from 1 so in last you will stand on 1 >>Best in appraisal, they will release letter after 1 year. i.e. 1.5 yr or 2 years >>

They will pick you early and drop you later >>Favourable management >>Shift time will be 9:30 hours >>No night allowance >>They have mostly support related project, where you have do calls & calls. >>They will not approve the leaves >>If you have good relationship with upper management then only you can survive in any project >>No recognition >>No extra benefits >>In nippon your laptop screentime records and you have to come the office 3 days in weeks. That time is also captured >>No learning at all >>Poor management >>If you made any mistake in learning phase then you will send a explanation email to your manager. >>Hike will be 3% to 4% >>Slow laptops >>Very rude HRs >>If in short, this company will grow but you didn't.
