Not allowing to go in other company through naukri com 5. No marriage is happening due to ceo 6. No child is happening 8. No diwali holi bonus 9. 24 by 7 job and no salary 10. Running interview and attendances daily

...atever HR will say that is the policy even they don't follows there made policy. I am 10+ year of experienced person and faced strange incident in HCL that HR changed by salary structure on day of joining and believe me I didn't have another offer except to accept the same. Overall HCL is not a company and is a shop.
