1. No salary last month January 2023 amd no onsite salary in hcl-Siemens-Boeing project. 2. No communication from hr manager manager and client on call email. 3. Ceo is not responding on call. 4. Not allowing to go in other company through naukri com 5. No marriage is happening due to ceo 6. No child is happening 8. No diwali holi bonus 9. 24 by 7 job and no salary 10. Running interview and attendances daily

For learning and experience this is good company.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.

In HCL salary breakup is a biggest scam. Because if you are joining company with 15 LPA, your take home will be around 95K. Remaining 30k is not assured to return to you. So please dont join HCL if your family is fully depends only on your salary.

...negative....HCLT or Wipro these companies are kind of Desi companies...if u r 3.1 + above band then 15-20 % salary they will make as bonus and wipe out
