As im working here since 2 years, i have a great experience writing with HCL tech, overall i good experience

Only thing is little despoints me is the salary growth is nominal here. Even after nearly 2 years no salary increament or appraisals

Being a big brand in IT industry, it's not a good company for long term. No promotions, No appraisals, very less opportunities for onsite which are reserved for non desr

No promotions,, no appraisals, variable pay deductions, onsite opportunity for selected people only, no allowances, policies are not employee friendly.

Interview was good, interviewers didn't tried to exhibit their expertise. Convincingly good hike during joining.

Dislikes

HR Team is not good. Forced me to join immediately but no quick joining bonus. Usually people use personal phone number for official communication rather than internal communication tools.

Job security, training for new comers

Dislikes

No guarantee of promotion, very little hike or no hike, almost zero employee benefits (except medical), very difficult to get even small things like stationeries, printout, micro management.
