One of these policies seems like a way to steal your salary under the name of EPB adjustment Monthly For example, it starts with 500Rs and may increase based on your salary range. The HR and US project manager are the worst Both are well-trained to fool the employees. I can write more about this kind of issue, But I don't have time. please check with other comments and employees

Job security, international client base, on-site, decent facilities in office, multiple technologies so you can move internally and learn.

Poor salary hike, people loyal to the company are under appreciated, no mechanism to match the salary of existing employees as per market standards no matter how skilled or certified we are. Lazy employees who are in good books with managers are not questioned leading to more workload on employees who are hard working. Regional politics and use of regional languages by senior management.

...n client location and close the contract in short notice once everything is set. Never allow to be a FT employee to their clients Deduce the variable pay and put huge amount in variable pay, something around 16 to 17 percentage.

No hike connsidering skillset, knowledge according to market standards. No WFH No transfer requests are allowed though we served for same organization and client for many years

We are still waiting for the Revision letter. Not sure whether will get some benefits or not. No Promotion for the past 5 years, even though I proved that I deserve.
