Even if you got distinction rating you would get just 2-5 % compensation revision...most of the team members got nothing. People expect to be available round the clock

...oving them to management is disaster. They dont understand how to handle things. Also salary hike is worst. only the top management eats all and give bones to others. even DGM level manager is just a postman job. lack of leadership is clearly visible and technical acumen is lost. hcl is loosing many projects, but surviving due to low cost jobs

HCL should find ways on increasing the compensation and other benefits, as most of the employees are not satisfactorily paid for the amount of work they do. Transport and Cab facilities are there, but are not usable due to huge restrictions.

Cool job culture, no one will bother you about your responsibility,just so your own work and submit within time that's it.

Dislikes

Salary hikea are pathetic and promotions. Even they have issues now in EB part. They never give 100% variable to the employees. Onsite is less

Excellent team and a good place to learn. There are really good projects that you can be part of.

Dislikes

Not a good place to grow. Management is not transparent at all levels. Very poor compensation and hikes. Poor policies that tend to penalize financially when you exit.
