Its an MNC, salary structure great, job is easy buy you have to compromise in your carrier growth cause there is limitation of work.

Managers are cruel. They thinks its their own company and employees working under are treated as bonded labour. If you ask for WFH, they feel like you have asked for their kidney...

There is no specific criteria for promotion and salary hike for laterals is not satisfied. Some time they won't give hike. They won't provide valid reason also. Very disappointed in terms of salary hike and promotions.

Work life balance you will get but on the other hand salary, employee benefits, appraisals are not even ok ok. Whatever you are getting at the time of hiring just keep it that amount . Don't expect

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.
