I truly like the h&m organization and the culture and the benefits we get.. during this covid19 pendamic h&m truly supported us..

...ttering path they get more chances for career growth..its everywhere I believe..then the salary growth is very poor. Forget about the career growth. Only senior position ppl get growth.sorry for telling the truth ..I appoligise..also I m truly disagree with the decision of this organization is deduction of our salary and annual leaves during this covid 19 pendemic..The lockdown decision was from the government so it wasn't our fault then why we have to suffer for this..so overall I can't enjoy my work now a days atall...I'm sorry but that's the bitter truth..

Pay on time and no without pay extra hours are the only good thing about this company.

7 years ago when this brand came in India,it was a heavenly place to work. After the foreigners handed the responsibilities to Indians it became similar to many other Indian brands. Fragile management, office politics, favouritism, groupism all these made the working environment so negetive . People has made family inside, pretty girls are getting married to the powerful in the management. so for obvious reasons inefficient people are getting appraisal, increament and growth.

The store environment was not good just because of one manager bshe ruined my career and made my appraisal very bad.. company should take actions for such people. partiality was heights

Good at holding employees for company growth . Company culture is good but few management people are not very much followers of company culture.

Dislikes

...ny is not supportive enough to give its employees to go out and get better paid. They just want it's employees to be with them for long time with same salary without expecting them to grow with good salary .
