The reality is they won't get any new jobs outside because they have zero skills and have learned nothing to meet the requirements of other companies, so they are afraid to give interviews and have chosen the safe side to stick with this company, but this is not good for the career; one day you will end up with no job. So the advice is to grow your skills and work for a company where you can learn better skills, keep on updating, and get more money.

They just wanted to micromanage what the people were doing and wanted to enter into the personal laptops of the employees. If you don't install the app, then Santosh has told employees with no hard feelings—this man has no heart—that you leave the company and go away. The app takes screenshots of your screen every now and then, and if you don't sit continuously for minutes, it will show no productive time. You need to sit like a robot in front of the laptop, Santosh, and the company does not care if your eyes strain or your spinal cord breaks. They just want to see you and micromanage you. They don't believe in you. He just believes P**n*m has given her all the money for five-star hotels, and has given her a brand new laptop. And what about other employees?
