...ffair with his own subordinate that he does not have time to listen your appeal. They deduct your salary for nothing and then give lame reasons. The list is too long If you like flattery please do join the company you will get god hike but will have to do little of slavery apart from your work.

Nothing to like . Worst culture for Employees. The whole company is hijacked by 1-2 guys. Founder don't know what's happening inside the organization. They can fire any one anytime without notice . Your login will be freezed with immediate effect. Dirty politics. If anyone wants to ruined his career then join this company otherwise stay away with toxic culture . Choice is yours

Mr Anjum (CTO of the company ) is a gem of a person . A lot to learn from him .

Dislikes

Many things like 1) the sterio mindset of the old senior officers . 2) The transparency of the process and work progress on the project. 3) There are many loop holes and major controls are been hold by old managers which need to be removed and the work should be done in a neutral platform with proper valid logs. 4) The Hr team is also biased especially Nagraj . 5) Still the taking ideas from juniors and making the ideas of managers are the tradition followed here . 6) Hr team sends many anonymous feedback links but when employee tries to submit it the link mostly don't work , This kind of small midset work need to be stopped.
