Job security is assured in this company. If you are joining in any other department rather than SMD department than this company is best. SMD department has become worst place to work in this company.

...ys working Secondary manufacturing department which are the main operation unit. No proper pay scales even benefits are also not given properly who work on holidays and sundays too much work pressure is there less man power new joine dont continue here more than few months due to work pressure. Even leaves have to be adjusted according to the situations. Promotions and increment are not given on basis of individual performance. Management is worse of navi mumbai rabale unit they create alot of pressure on shop floors rather than finding way to tackle it.

Not motivate to employee & Management not trust on staff employee & contract employee, No gender equality, Salary is not increase of contract employee by years of years. There is huge difference between Management & officer salary,& hence this company is good example of ,rich become rich & poor become poor.

...o & it's policies are excellent. Culture was Excellent but now it's all spoiled. Hikes & compensation with incentives have always been at par with industry standards. Job security wise it used to be excellent which is now a worry

Culture, Job security, job satisfaction, work life balance & growth are some points which every employee wants from a Co. GPI being an excellent Co. Till 2020 there was no way absolutely to complain anything. But extremely low / negligible HR intervention with employees. Undeserving people at Highest Sales position & very typically in good books people leading branches has spoiled the culture & work ethics. Sadly a really good place to work has turned into a disaster

Compensation is decent,but growth is very slow.the work pressure is very high sometime.and job security is very less,

...k with. Very good medical coverage for dependants, over and above any insurance. Did not cut salary for GM and below during COVID. Respect for the few diverse candidates.

...ue generated. No market correction for salaries so you will have to switch jobs. No salary on your notice period. Very little diversity so it's all middle aged men who want everything done their way. HR very rude and plays games.
