Very bad environment and worst management and hr. Make employees work for free and never gives salary. Joined last month and never got the salary till now. Worst fraud company ever. Fraud globiva. Never recommend this to anyone or else your future will spoil.

One thing I really enjoyed about working at Globiva was the great team dynamic. I was fortunate to have made some wonderful friends at work and also our TL and seniors were very cooperative and supportive

Incentive achievement target is high extremely 2. incentives after achivement not cleared by company from several months 3. extreme call pressure 4. no exception for training or feedback, deduct from net login time 5. force to do staff time after meeting log in time 6. threat culture by managers 7. salary hold issue 8. absentism and correction is issue too high 9. delay in salary time 10. no activity 11. no exception for bad health 12. using unprofessional language on floor

• The work culture is good. • No one shouts at you. • There is no micromanagement kind of things. • Colleagues are cooperative. • Infrastructure is good. • In Globiva, you will get to know about hierarchy. How management works in hierarchy.

• No Learning & Professional Development • Low salary • Desktop work, even for HR Profile • Restrictions in Desktop • The office starts at 9:30 am, there is 15 mins buffer time i.e., 9:45 am. If you get late by 9:45, they'll mark you absent. • No office parties, fest celebrations, only public holidays are off • Through IJP, they give promotions to Customer Support executive Profile to HR Profile.

They are providing incentive which is conditional based.

...ome office even you are not fine, if they don't come. They eat their incentives. Salary is very less.. Some employees worked in uthe office even in chickenpox.
