1)Fraud recruiter Alivia-On interview call will lure you with sweet talk and huge salary hike which does not take place. 2) No job stability-Swiggy Instamart rammed down its operation due to BOT automation and so many employees were all forced to put down their papers forcefully. 3)High handed managers like Neha Jahan,Amartya Roy,Gourab Dey,Sumita Paul who are always practicing favoritism and making undue use of power. 4)Trainer Nikita Mohanty,QA Itisree Pradhan doesn't know anything about training or quality audits,all day they will go on flirting.Loose character ladies 5)Manager Arun Adhikary he knows everything but plays Dhritrashtra

Nothing they are cheapters bloody RBL AM sunil was cheapest person and he is a lyar . I was very ill and I also shared medical report pls no one helps me that time OUr team leader was use less Also HR . They Abscone me . I hate this Company 😏😏😏

Very bad environment and worst management and hr. Make employees work for free and never gives salary. Joined last month and never got the salary till now. Worst fraud company ever. Fraud globiva. Never recommend this to anyone or else your future will spoil.

One thing I really enjoyed about working at Globiva was the great team dynamic. I was fortunate to have made some wonderful friends at work and also our TL and seniors were very cooperative and supportive
