The salary is on time. No one crosses their line in the floor. The co workers are extremely good and well behaved.

Dislikes

Well, the company has no work ethics. They will make you work like animal and still expect more and more. While working their, I had no personal life. I hardly had anything other than going to office and coming back. While I was hired, I was told that it was customer support but they actually put me into sales. It's not that I had a problem with sales, just there was no need of lying.

The salary is good. And is always on time. Not a minute or day late.

Well the company has no work ethics. Everyone expects you to leave your personal life and work forever. They assure you that they'll put you into another process and hire you without stating the fact that what process it is.

work place is nice and the food and the amenities but not people or the jobs they provide is actually good or reliable.

...hey will throw you out of the company regarding so many reasons that irrelevant. No job security not at all as promised during induction, so many loopholes to deduct salary. I thought this is a career building company but they just hire for their needs and after achieving their goals they eill find reasons to fire you.

One thing I really enjoyed about working at Globiva was the great team dynamic. I was fortunate to have made some wonderful friends at work and also our TL and seniors were very cooperative and supportive

...mprovement I experienced during my time at Globiva was the compensation package. I felt that the salary was relatively low…..

They are providing incentive which is conditional based.

Dislikes

...ome office even you are not fine, if they don't come. They eat their incentives. Salary is very less.. Some employees worked in uthe office even in chickenpox.
