One thing I really enjoyed about working at Globiva was the great team dynamic. I was fortunate to have made some wonderful friends at work and also our TL and seniors were very cooperative and supportive

They are providing incentive which is conditional based.

...ome office even you are not fine, if they don't come. They eat their incentives. Salary is very less.. Some employees worked in uthe office even in chickenpox.

Worst part of globiva is their salary paying date,like I joined this company on 1 dec ,2023,and my salary was credited in my account on 5 jan,they pay salary in second month's fifth day,this is seriously not fair with employees who are giving their 9 hours a day on a regular baisis

Terrible company devastating management do not ever go to this company.Mental torture in front of everyone will laugh and make fun of peoples emotion in group. Insult no one to hear you. Trainer Piyush, Kunal Puri are incapable to give correct training and information.Manish Sahni, Huzaifa,Priyadarshini Vijay (G123384)the great TL,Ayushi Rastogi HER CHAMCHI create immense kitchen politics. Force you to be depressed. No help no assistance, personal attack making your life miserable. They Make people do incorrect then come force resignation . Donot join the company at all no hike even after 2 years.Promotion and IJP to only selected 1 people. VVIP Que is the worst que.Beware of Priyadarshini Vijay the great TL who learns everything in 1 second, no one dares to open their mouth even after suffering. Huge insult to people their culture TL shouts like animal followed by her peon Ayushi Rastogi(Employee G115223). Nothing. SALARY DECREASES YEARLY INSTEAD INCREASING. Sack IN JAN - Apr Requesting everyone not to fall in their trap. Do not join even if you are jobless.They torture people. Every where after 1 year people get hike here no hike no leave no promotion no festival season emotion there Hindu religious sentiment hurt only INSULT AND INSULT AND BLAME GAME.No one is there to help and LISTEN very CRUEL COMPANY.
