no job security at all no hike from last 2 years once project ended they will put you on bench and then they will force you to resign Job security is zero they might fire you at any time saying don't have projects for your skill set If you are employee of globant then also have to give 2-3 client rounds which are very difficult to clear and if you fail they will force you to put resign Only those got project here those having friends in that project

Offers competitive salary Be kind policy Nice offices Genuine India head who wants everyone to grow but final orders come from Latam. Some leaders and managers are good mostly who have been there with globant since a long time.(More than 8-10 years)

Dislikes

Poor office management in tier 2 cities Some egoistic lateral hired managers ruining the culture, Such Managers and their sidekicks always ready to crack cheap jokes on girls and they ask inappropriate personal questions.

In Globant, people are very helpful and here work-life balance is very good. The salary also is reasonably good.

Dislikes

Here client is like God and nobody is questioning their behavior to the employees. I think it's high time that Globant should question to the higher management of client side as well. Client is paying you money for the work, they don't own you. So please listen to your employee as well.

Immature Leadership Leadership is afraid of Clients Engineers are working day and night Leadership and Managers bend in front of client and don't trust their own employees They fire engineers like their daily Job They Trust Clients over their own Engineers

No clear vision. Less growth opportunities for senior Low hikes Promotion opportunities are low for seniors Overall icompany is not for 15+ guys.
