In Globant, people are very helpful and here work-life balance is very good. The salary also is reasonably good.

Here client is like God and nobody is questioning their behavior to the employees. I think it's high time that Globant should question to the higher management of client side as well. Client is paying you money for the work, they don't own you. So please listen to your employee as well.

No clear vision. Less growth opportunities for senior Low hikes Promotion opportunities are low for seniors Overall icompany is not for 15+ guys.

Hike and pramotion:- hike is getting delayed from last 2 years. Also no proper communication about hike and pramotion. Pramotion criteria is transferent and not properly defined.

...ing same task. They will only listen to clients and work as a contractor/vendor. No new project, no appreciation, no appraisal, no salary revision. They are struggling with internal politics so employees has to survive and will lose enthusiasm of doing work.
