Working culture is not at all worthy. There is no such job security in this organisation Even HR and other functional department has no clue what they are doing Employee needs to pay the amount when they leave

Should treat new joiners as per their experience.... salary for new joiners is very lower scale....new comers to company but working in industry from 5 years... but still not getting adequate perks...

There is salary issue even after spending ample of years in the company. Carrier growth opportunities are very less where a individual works for many year in same designation for long time ,no one guides or show the path towards the goal.

...try. But for sure some things will take time to be implemented not much in fact. Eventhough people can be rest assured here for the job , pay , dignity and respect.
