I am working in Channel Marketing division which is Commercial Trade Channel ( CTC ) as we know that Gsk is global MNC so my overall experience is good, management & company policies are always good.

Dislikes

Only 1 important thing is not better in CTC division i.e. compensation ( salary package ) on another hand there isn’t more opportunities for career growth, if we can try for another place, they are says that your work experience is non countable thus another employers not consider me.

Likes

Job security. Centrally location office. Fairly decent compensation. Good cafeteria facilities for employees. Good employee engagement activities.

Dislikes

Highly political work environment. Manager play favorites, so dont expect your career graph to take off, unless you are your bosses pet :). Extremely limited opportunities to learn new skills. Not a very democratic way of working. Decisions are made based on perception rather than individual;stalent, area of interest.

Excessive Pressure, Zero towards strategy making.... outdated policies... Salary is good for upper management Only, executive are paid less as compared to today's Indian Companies...Not recommend to work... Company should get audit of salary discrepancy...

Working culture is not at all worthy. There is no such job security in this organisation Even HR and other functional department has no clue what they are doing Employee needs to pay the amount when they leave
