I do not have dislikes however the one part that I really think that can improve is Salary structure. This should at least match the brand value that Genpact has in the market.

Some Manager behaviour is not good. I am working here to less salary even in my team same folks also work double of my package with same experience. We work here every day 10 to 12 hours continued without overtime payouts. I don't want to wright here everything.

Good for Fresher to start from here but the salary or pay is way to less according to the night shifts.

The Culture of company is political the promotions and hierarchy is way to basis. The appraisal are not satisfactory.

Almost everything I like about genpact.. would like to add perfect company to start a corporate career... complete work life balance u will get in R2R process... Managers also listens to you.. team mates behavior is good too...

They give less salary in comparison to other corporates
