Genpact is probably one of the best companies to work with, talking about its work environment, skills development, so much learning from a very small platform to the highest level.

I do not dislike anything as such but I would recommend the team of Genpact to look at the pay skill and growth of everyone more seriously

Just one thing salary come on time.

Dislikes

No growth. No learning. Hostile environment. No one listen you. Move you any other process without discussing with you. Manger and uper management chill but make under there employees working culture hell. You can face all this.

Genpact india give very less salary that demotivated to the employees most of the time . Nobody want leaves genpact because of less salary all employees search other jobs.

Some process are at Genpact was horrible that's not the Genpact fault but it's completely unacceptable by internal processes mostly we are working 10 hours per day with out taking any breaks on time

You can have the flexibility in the work culture but it depends on your department management how they effectively manage the things.

Dislikes

Transport policy of the cab is only 1 side for thr morning shift employees that is also without ACs in summers along with the deduction in your salary. Salary/benefits/promotion are not good Here.
