Work Environment excellent , managers look after their team well, freedom of speech , freedom to wear formal and informal, fun activities while working, huge cafeteria for chilling, appraisals are accordingly.

Dislikes

Salary not decent , no cab facilities in the morning and day, too much cost cutting.

There is no job security in Genpact, on my own I took an internal movement, but after joining g there and working for 7-10 days i was being told that hiring has stopped and you have to go back to your old process and later it was being told you are on bench now, then got a final letter stating that this is your last month and this will be your last day. So I don't like job security here

Culture, ethical standards,policy, environment etc except salary structure.

...process.really bad management lots of vintage employees exited from TMP process. Moreover since last many years I was highlighted in amber about salary structure.those who were vintage employees got less salary package while new joiner getting high pay of salary.please improve this issue.

I like the culture of genpect which is very friendly.

Genpact is a great company but only problem was the way they hire a person. The salary was not given as per my knowledge. It was decided based on last drawn salary.

Just one thing salary come on time.

No growth. No learning. Hostile environment. No one listen you. Move you any other process without discussing with you. Manger and uper management chill but make under there employees working culture hell. You can face all this.
