The leadership is there with you, sitting next to you. The actual visibility in layman language. One can learn and shadow multiple task or skills can be improved. Training and learning are one of the best features one can apply for and it’s easy to apply unlike other organisation.

I do not have dislikes however the one part that I really think that can improve is Salary structure. This should at least match the brand value that Genpact has in the market.

Managers like sandeep bhati are taking personal vendetta by moving people out of process out of his will rather than based on performance. He is currently manager at crossriver bank transaction monitoring team Too much work pressure Target is set so high so that no one is able to meet expectations We have to work on saturdays and sundays

Genpact india give very less salary that demotivated to the employees most of the time . Nobody want leaves genpact because of less salary all employees search other jobs.

Only likeable at the Genpact is they hire you at the higher package then the market

The treat you like robots and ask for production 10-12 hours daily if you are working from home and if you are going ro office the ask to stretch your shift. even asking for login on weekend shamelessly

It has worst work culture. Low salary, No work life balance, bench everywhere. Seriously if someone ask me about good thing about Genpact, I won't have anything to answer.

Dislikes

Work life balance is bad. Bossy culture is bad. Annual appraisal is bad. No on time promotions. It has a bad culture and everyone looking to change the company. In my opinion, if you are not hired anywhere that's why you are with Genpact.
