Overall, while my time at Genpact offered valuable industry exposure, these instances highlighted significant areas for improvement in employee support, management training, and overall workplace culture.

Good work culture.. Can learn a lot of new things.. ypu can freely move from one process to another which gives us a good opportunity to learn more about many other process..

Salary and appraisal in this company is not really high.

Nothing at all, they don't provide tea also for free. We need to buy it. Even food also. And you will get promotion if you do oiling and buttering to your manager.

Everything, low salary package. Can facility is worst, It took 2 and half hour to reach just 5km.

6 days working, only one week of, salary also is 15k per month only, customers u get are terrible, it's more like a sales roles, if ur interested in sales then only apply for this role else dont
