... One month training and job security is their. I started my career from Genpact. My salary pa is 140000. And work is very nice and earn many things in the form of apprisation and awards.

Need to wait for long time for promotion and traveling is not their. Culture is not good

...process.really bad management lots of vintage employees exited from TMP process. Moreover since last many years I was highlighted in amber about salary structure.those who were vintage employees got less salary package while new joiner getting high pay of salary.please improve this issue.

After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. Overall, while my time at Genpact offered valuable industry exposure, these instances highlighted significant areas for improvement in employee support, management training, and overall workplace culture.

Good work culture.. Can learn a lot of new things.. ypu can freely move from one process to another which gives us a good opportunity to learn more about many other process..

Genpact is a great company but only problem was the way they hire a person. The salary was not given as per my knowledge. It was decided based on last drawn salary.
