Some Manager behaviour is not good. I am working here to less salary even in my team same folks also work double of my package with same experience. We work here every day 10 to 12 hours continued without overtime payouts. I don't want to wright here everything.

They think we are labour. We were working like owl in night and they pay only 10-12k and their is no carrier growth nor salary growth.After working for 4.5 year getting only 14k in hand. In a team of 70people they gave promotion to one person in a year. Having very very bad expeiernce searching for new job but after seeing my last CTC of 2lk no one giving me more then 3.5 CTC.

Only job security provide by the Genpact

I am working with Genpact last 6 years but there are no incremental in the salary, There very poor transport facilities and time schedule of the company Cab. There are no option to move anywhere 😕 or change the technology.

There is only job security which i have seen in the last two year. If i talk about learning, this is depend upon your process.

...envolveme t of the management. But here management also envolve in this meeting. At the time of joining, HR will tell you the inhand salary. But when you got the salary, you will see the transport deduction in the salary slip, which should be told before joining to the candidate. I would recommend the other companies to join the job seekers.
