1) management doesn't care about you and your personal life
2) senior only care about there salary and there benefit
3) there was no leave and off
4) work pressure and if you say you are handling more that your that they will not listen and ask only justification

Nothing to like about it. They don't pay you on time and not even take responsibility to give response. No job security, imagine you wake up and see the email that you are fired . If you are joining definately can imagine one morning like this.
Fusion BPO is good in terms of giving salary to experienced employee since they deposit EPF esi account but I won't recommend for freshers the same thing. Fusion BPO follows NAPS procedure for freshers, and they give them less salary in name of government. Incentives get stuck . Management is too poor. No job stability. Fusion beleive in removing their employees from process but won't work on their process to make it better . Salary is on time only for experienced employees. Rest no hr or manager helps fastly if you need any help. They always respond lately . And there package is also to low according to the work pressure and role. If you want to join BPO so try to join any other organisation. Fusion is not suggestable . Office politics matter here a lot.
I was working as OM and Acting centre Head for Noida LoC.
They did not have many process, Poor infrastructure.. but what was worst is they did not know how to handle client, client requirement was out of logics, they never fight with client for what is right or wrong.
For an eg : Client logic is, (Planned leave also comes in Unplanned ) no one in BPO industry can say this is correct .. but fusion management agreed on this.
Business had in 2 centres for Mobikwik - client used to say , your calls offered will be taken what landing in both centres but answering against that will be taken only for your centres.. why they think of that because fusion in Noida did not have enough manpower, if they had enough manpower they would have not given the business in other centre..
Fusion management was agreed to this as well, Noida centre did not have 2nd training room but 1 only which used to be occupied for other process as well.. if they don’t have training room how come process will have enough manpower on time..
I have completed my 1.5 years in this company, it's a very bad company, there are no increment of salary, if I think about to join another company I have to give them 30 days of notice period, as well as with only 10k salary if I join another company they will give me only 12k to 13k, and in this time this amount is not worth it, we also have family. Very very bad company, they told me there are IJP's but trust me, there is nothing like this, you will not get promoted through IJP if you not licking your TL's pichwada . Your post will remain as csr. Do not join this company.
