nothing is good except salary that too isnt as per industry standard

Apart from stinking washrom like public toilets broken chairs and dirty workspace which has not been renovated for years you have to work with toxic and most uncultured uneducated reporting manager 'Syed Shirin Shah' who will make your life hell with her cruel and nasty words which you would not even want to use on your enemies. she will treat you as your servant and not as an employee. you will not be given the basic respect you deserve as a human being. you will be humiated infront of your entire team members/ clients that too in daily basis even when you are not at fault.
They trained you well for doing their job. Senior colleagues are helpful to you. Salary is credited in exact date of every month & so that salary slip also. Work environment is average.
...ss & now I'm writing about this process.
I've worked for 2 years and 10 months. But in this 2 years a single penny is not increased in salary. There is no increment. In case of promotion they will promote as per their priority. Some TL's are good there, but some are more than worst. Some TL's behaviour is not good. They didn't want to take you leave as per your need. Now coming to the office timing. Office timing was 10-7pm. They wanted you to be in the office at sharp 10 am. But in case of logout they will not let you logout in sharp 7pm, they dragged the time to 8-8.30 pm. For that max people faces issues in transportation while going to home.
1. Low salary
2. Stop the incentive without any reason
3. No job security.Anyday anytime they can ask to leave.
4. No matter what is your post, you have to do anything like IT work, business analysis etc
5. Third class management team.
6. No one help you from the HR team.
Salary issues you will not get as much as your work
There is no work life balance you need to work on off days as well
There is no leave
Ac off on running process shift end at 7 ac off at 6
No one care for you or agent
...ur health issue happens then nobody cares, they told us to please login in home.
4) This main issue is with the salary, but even the amount we're supposed to receive, like the might allowance incentive, we don't actually get.
