After becoming the employee In Fullerton india credit company i had started learning more things that before the becoming employee in Fullerton I don't the basic things about employment and finances here in this company have good policy structure and customer services consider with other companies or organisations...

The only thing that i am not happy with my basic salary i am working from the two years in this company but still my basic ctc was tooo low that the only thing that i am not comfortable

..., promotion based on influence, other company offer letter (retention basis) Some irregular, irresponsible, unfit employee also stays in this company for more than 10 yrs and getting salary, incentives, increments because of team achievement Employees using abusive languages in the office

Good working company Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. They give good salary.

Dislikes

Incentives is Good But basic salary is not ok. But Career growth is slow. And leaves are not very Rare.
