The Freshworks "Kudumba" culture is slowly being demised to make way for American capitalism & usual MNC politics. Some of the people on the top have no clue of the reality & just want to keep firing in India & hiring in US in the name of efficiency.

...s something that you are looking for, please do not consider joining Freshworks. Hiring happens only in the US these days with 4 people getting hired for same/similar roles at very high salary and they don’t even get laid off.

Conserved Teams and Team Members. Lake of KTs or Unstructured knowledge transfer. Lack of confidence in new people. They are focused on a few Key and old people. Context switching is very high.
